个人简介:

樊森清,四川大学“双百人才工程”高端人才计划、“化工之星”优秀青年人才培养计划入选者;主要从事膜生物反应器及纳米结构功能复合膜领域的研究;主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、农业部重点实验室开放课题等研究项目;参与牵头组建世界第一套渗透汽化膜生物反应器制乙醇的工业示范工程;以第一/通讯身份在国际化工、能源等工程技术类著名期刊AIChE Journal, Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of Membrane Science, Bioresource Technology, Applied Energy上发表SCI收录论文23篇(其中一区及化工三大刊14篇),累积影响因子超110;申请发明专利2项;合作撰写英文专著1部。

主要研究领域

1.膜生物反应器

生物乙醇、生物丁醇作为重要的新能源和化工原料,其发酵过程具有明显的产物抑制效应。利用膜的分离功能,将透醇选择性膜与发酵过程相耦合,组成膜生物反应器实现分离与发酵同步,消除乙醇、丁醇等产物对发酵过程的抑制,并对乙醇、丁醇进行初步浓缩,不能透过膜的成分返回发酵单元封闭循环利用,最终实现对传统发酵工艺的颠覆。该研究方向主要涉及高性能透醇膜的研制、膜组件设备优化设计、多过程集成强化、耐耦合环境高产菌株的构筑等内容。

2.纳米结构功能复合膜

纳米材料具有良好的催化、吸附、传感等功能,但其粉末涉及回收分离问题。利用膜的载体功能,将纳米功能材料固载于微纳尺度的膜孔道中,构造沿膜孔深度方向上具有纳米结构的功能复合膜。在穿流过膜的模式下,将功能的实现过程限制在微纳尺度的膜孔道中进行,实现纳米结构尺度强化接触以及膜孔道尺度限域强化传递。该研究方向主要涉及纳米结构功能复合膜的构筑、功能复合膜的多尺度结构调控以及膜孔道内流动-传递-功能之间的耦合机制等内容。
